UUPAY 服務條款 - 使用協議與用戶須知

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of UUPAY’s website, mobile application, cards, eSIM, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), provided by UUpay Limited (“UUPAY”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services. You are responsible for ensuring the Services are legally available in your jurisdiction.

2. Account Registration & Security

You agree to provide accurate information during registration and identity verification (KYC), and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at customerservice@uupay.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Description of Services

UUPAY offers Visa and Mastercard virtual and physical cards funded with crypto, global eSIM data plans, compliant fiat withdrawals through licensed partners, and peer-to-peer transfers. Availability of specific features may vary by country and is subject to change.

4. Fees

Fees for card issuance, top-ups, withdrawals, and other services are disclosed in the app before you confirm a transaction. We may update our fee schedule from time to time; continued use of the Services after a fee change constitutes acceptance.

5. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency values are volatile and can change significantly in short periods. You acknowledge that converting between crypto and fiat, or holding balances on the platform, carries financial risk, and that UUPAY is not responsible for market losses.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Services for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activity and to report such activity to relevant authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content on the UUPAY platform are owned by UUpay Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UUPAY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including losses due to market volatility, third-party service interruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or as required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support, subject to completion of any pending transactions and regulatory obligations.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or website. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
